Reality TV Was a Chapter, Not the Whole Story
Hey friends 👋🏽, welcome to my digital home. If you’re reading this, thank you. It means so much that you’re here.
Some of you may know me as that girl from Love Is Blind, or as half of the Hamiltons. But behind the TV screen, the Instagram feed, and the headlines… there’s me. Lauren. A creative, a wife, a (now) soon-to-be mama, and a woman learning and evolving in real time, just like you.
When Love Is Blind first aired, I had no idea how much my life would shift. Millions watched my love story unfold, and while it was magical (and real), what came after was something I wasn’t fully ready for the pressure to always “be” the version of myself that everyone first met.
What people didn’t see was the quiet transformation happening behind the scenes.
After the cameras stopped rolling, I started asking deeper questions:
“Who am I in this season? What do I really want and more importantly, what does God want for me?”
With everything that’s changed, I’ve been reflecting on how to use this platform with more purpose, more intention, and more heart.
Reclaiming My Voice
Before the show, I had already built my media company from the ground up. I was out here grinding, telling stories, making things happen, and creating because I loved it.
After Love Is Blind, everything changed. What felt like “overnight fame” opened doors I never imagined. Amazing opportunities, brand deals, and a growing community I’m so thankful for.
But somewhere along the way, I started to feel disconnected from the why. I found myself creating content for the algorithm instead of from my heart. Trying to keep up. Overthinking. Comparing. Second-guessing.
What used to feel creative and free started to feel like… well, just that. A job.
Through it all… therapy, prayer, stillness, grief, and some unexpected moments of joy, I finally got quiet enough to really listen.
I started asking myself questions I had been avoiding in the hustle:
What really fulfills me? What kind of legacy do I want to leave? Am I still aligned with the purpose God has for me?
Reclaiming My Creativity
I won’t lie. Living a public life in the age of social media is a lot. There’s this pressure to always be “on,” to perform, to stay relevant.
And when your passion turns into your job, something shifts.
What used to feel creative and free started to feel like… well, just that. A JOB!
That shift changed how I showed up. Not just in my work, but in my spirit.
I’m learning to create from peace, not pressure.
I started to feel stretched … like I was constantly pouring out but rarely refilling. So I stepped back. I got quiet.
That’s when I began to lean into my faith. Into stillness. Into the parts of me that didn’t need to be curated or shared to be meaningful.
Where I Am Now
Right now, I’m in a season of soft rebuilding.
I’m growing life (literally… hello baby 👶🏽💕), and also rebuilding my relationship with creativity, peace, and purpose. I’m choosing to move with intention. To create what feels right. To share from a place that’s real.
This site is a fresh space for me to share what matters most. Honestly, freely, and in my own rhythm.

I’ll be sharing a little bit of everything in this new season.
From honest moments in my pregnancy journey, to favorite finds that bring me joy, to deeper reflections on faith, healing, and purpose.
Of course, you’ll still get glimpses of life with Cam, Sparx, and Theo too.
And I’m excited to spotlight the heart behind The Eddie-Mae Robbie Foundation and the work we’re doing in the community.
If You’ve Ever Felt Like You’re Starting Over…
I see you.
It’s not a setback. It’s a shift.
And sometimes, that shift is exactly what we need to grow.
Whether you’re walking into something new or letting something go, I hope this space reminds you that it’s okay to evolve. To pause. To redefine what success looks like for you.
It’s not a setback. It’s a shift.
Thank you for being here as I grow into mine.
We’re just getting started …
Love,
Lauren 💛
